The H. Ben Taub Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Baylor College of Medicine seeks a general physiatrist. Clinical eorts will include inpatient rehabilitation services, consult services, and outpatient clinic services.
Qualifications and experience of the qualified candidate will determine academic rank. Leadership opportunities at the BSLMC rehabilitation center are available for qualified candidates.

- Provide inpatient consultation and clinical services at BSLMC
- Provide outpatient clinical services at BSLMC McNair Campus as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:
- Successful completion of ACGME-approved residency program in PM&R
- Current Texas medical license and said licenses and registrations have not been suspended, revoked, or restricted in any manner
- Current ABPM&R certification or board-eligible in general PM&R
- Current DEA certification and said licenses and registrations have not been suspended, revoked, or restricted in any manner
- Candidates have never been excluded from participating in any state or federal health care program, including but not limited to Medicare or Medicaid
