Description
The Chief Data & Analytics Office (CDAO) at JPMorgan Chase advances the firm's data and analytics capabilities, driving risk management, business strategy, and operational excellence. The APAC CDAO leverages data, AI, and analytics to deliver innovative, responsible, and commercially valuable solutions across APAC markets.As Vice President for AI Products, you will support the development, deployment, and scaling of AI-powered products that drive business value across APAC. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to product roadmaps, and help ensure solutions are secure, compliant, and aligned with global and regional objectives. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, supporting AI adoption, product delivery, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the execution of the regional strategy and roadmap for Analytics and AI products, ensuring alignment with global CDAO objectives.
- Assist in the development, launch, and lifecycle management of Analytics and AI products, including Gen AI and agentic AI offerings.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to drive AI adoption and product alignment.
- Contribute to the integration of AI capabilities into new and existing products, leveraging modern AI toolkits.
- Support prompt engineering and agentic workflow design for secure, scalable AI interactions.
- Help ensure platforms meet data sovereignty, localization, and compliance requirements.
- Assist in developing self-service analytics tools, dashboards, and APIs for business users and data scientists.
- Partner with compliance and risk teams to ensure regulatory requirements for data privacy and protection are met.
- Mentor junior team members and support a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Track product performance and provide recommendations for enhancements.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Applied Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience delivering products, projects, or technology applications, preferably in financial services.
- Experience supporting AI-powered product development and adoption in large organizations.
- Understanding of product development lifecycle, technical design, data analytics, and emerging AI technologies.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder requirements.
- Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to mentor and support team members.
