The Anisfield School of Business has been AACSB-accredited since 2010 and offers seven undergraduate majors: B.S. in Accounting, B.S. in Finance, B.S. in Marketing, B.S. in Management, B.A. in Economics, B.S. in Information Technology Management, and B.A. in International Business. The school offers two graduate programs: M.B.A. and M.S. in Accounting.
Salary Range - $92,000 - $132,000

JOB SUMMARY:
The Anisfield School of Business at Ramapo College of New Jersey is seeking a tenure-track Assistant/Associate Professor of Information Technology Management to start August 26, 2026.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Candidates must have a strong commitment to effective teaching and a demonstrated ability to publish in peer-reviewed journals.
- The successful candidate will be able to teach the core introductory course, Principles of Information Technology, as well as ITM majors' requirements, such as Networks & Distributed Processing, System Analysis & Design, and the capstone course Information Technology Management; other potential courses include Cybersecurity, and/or other Information Technology Management electives.
- Ability to publish discipline-relevant research in peer-reviewed journals; faculty members are expected to maintain academic qualifications consistent with AACSB standards for scholarship and intellectual contributions.
- Participate in service, college governance, and student advisement.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Candidates for the position should have a Ph.D. in Information Systems or a related area, or be ABD with an imminent completion date.
