Location: Fully remote, US-based, some travel required

About the Role
As a Consultant in HAVEN’s growing Assessment Practice, you will serve as a trusted advisor leading high-impact organizational assessment engagements. You will apply assessment science and analytics to inform succession planning, workforce strategy, and organizational change. As an early member of the Assessment Practice, you’ll help shape its evolution, client impact, and application of assessment science in real-world business contexts.
What You’ll Do
Assessment Strategy & Delivery
- Lead end-to-end organizational assessment engagements, including design, implementation, and analysis, either independently or alongside other firm Partners and consultants
- Design and apply psychometrically sound methods, including assessment centers, structured interviews, surveys, simulations, 360s, and other tools
- Partner with clients to define rigorous assessment strategies that support decision-making.
Advisory & Client Leadership
- Serve as a trusted advisor to our clients on workforce strategy, talent development, succession planning, organizational design, and change management.
- Translate complex behavioral and assessment data into clear, actionable insights to help inform leadership decisions.
Practice Growth & Business Development
Identify and develop new opportunities, including drafting proposals and creating presentations.
Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships that drive repeat business and referrals.
Contribute to the evolution of HAVEN’s assessment tools, methodologies, and frameworks.
Mentor junior consultants and help build internal assessment capabilities.
What You Bring
Educational & Professional Experience
- BA/BS in Industrial/Organizational Psychology or related field; MBA preferred
5-7+ years of organization assessment experience, either internally or in an advisory practice/capacity
Technical & Communication Skills
- Strong expertise in psychometrics, research design, and data analysis
- Experience designing and deploying a range of assessment tools
- Exceptional ability to communicate findings clearly and influence stakeholders

Communication & Impact
Able to convert complex concepts into practical, understandable, and usable solutions. Strong report writing, storytelling with data, and facilitation skills with the ability to communicate the findings with clarity and influence.

Actively contribute to building HAVEN’s Assessment Practice through shared tools, methods, and collective learning.
