Digital Projects Coordinator (m/f/d)
(full-time 38.5h/week, 2-year limited contract)
The role involves coordinating digital education projects, managing data-driven workflows, and developing analytical dashboards and reports to support technical and digital processes within the DEU.
Your Responsibilities:
- Coordinate digital education projects within the DEU, including defining project scope, timelines, technical specifications, and resource needs, ensuring smooth execution of complex digital workflows.
- Work closely with the Head of DEU to identify project risks using data-driven and analytical assessment methods, and develop mitigation strategies based on structured evaluations.
- Facilitate collaboration across DEU stakeholders by organizing project meetings, communicating deliverables, and maintaining digitally structured and process-oriented documentation.
- Support the development and improvement of digital learning processes, perform Statistical Analysis, workflows, and communication systems, integrating technical and data-supported enhancements.
- Manage the technical and logistical coordination of online exam systems, including data requirements, IT components, digital tools, and quality checks to ensure system reliability.
- Maintain project documentation, structured data records, and standardized reporting files, ensuring data integrity and transparency.
- Develop and maintain PowerBI dashboards and analytical reports to track project KPIs, progress metrics, and module development milestones using advanced data visualization techniques.
- Support monitoring of milestones for digital content development, media production, and technology-enhanced learning modules through data-based tracking systems.
- Administer and optimize digital platforms and tools used for tracking, documentation, and project workflow management, ensuring efficient technical operations.
Your Profile:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Social Sciences with strong technical or analytical focus, or a related field, with emphasis on digital systems and data analysis.
- 2-3 years of experience in digital project coordination, analytics-supported decision-making, or technical project management in an academic, research, or training environment.
- Experience in educational technology, e-learning workflows, digital platforms, or technology-supported learning environments.
- Strong ability to communicate complex information in multicultural settings, including technical and data-related insights.
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills for managing multiple projects simultaneously within digital and data-centric contexts.
- Ability to interpret data, dashboards, and feedback to make informed recommendations using analytical reasoning.
- Flexible and capable of adapting to evolving digital tools, analytics systems, and methodologies.
- Preferred: Experience with PowerBI, data reporting, dashboard development, digital analytics tools, or agile project management.
