- Process Improvement: Drive centralized process improvements and strengthen financial controls by introducing AI‑enabled automation (data quality checks, reconciliation bots, forecasting assistants) where feasible to improve efficiency, accuracy, and control health.
- Project Execution: Support strategic projects across the organization, combining technical data skills (e.g., Alteryx) with AI tools for data prep, feature engineering, and workflow orchestration.
- Project Leadership: Lead projects to drive global consistency and create synergies across the Finance Management team, standardizing AI‑assisted forecasting templates, prompts, and control checkpoints.
Leverage firm‑approved AI assistants to draft executive summaries, scenario comparisons, and visualizations, validating all AI‑generated content for accuracy and bias before use.
Maintain a reusable library of AI‑generated templates and prompts for consistent, faster reporting while adhering to governance standards.
Define and monitor KPIs for automation impact (cycle time reduction, error rates, rework rates), and maintain audit trails for all AI‑assisted steps.
Coach peers on AI best practices, establish communities of practice, and measure adoption, performance uplift, and risk/compliance adherence.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related technical field; advanced coursework or certifications in analytics, data science, or AI governance a plus.
