The HR Intern role with the London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) is an exciting opportunity to be part of a thriving team in a fast-paced global organization! Reporting to the People Services Lead within People Operations. Responsible for supporting people services globally across LSEG and will involve day-to-day HR administration for countries and entities in scope. Delivers excellence in HR administration and services, resolve doucment management related challenges and provides information and systems administration support.
Role Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities:
- Performs administrative tasks following defined procedures.
- Upholding confidentiality and intergrity in handling sensitive colleague information.
- Ensures employee HR queries are responded to or appropriately flagged in a timely manner.
- Updates employee records in Workday / performs required tasks in Workday.
- Preparation of Digitalized Documents
- Gather employee documents from various platforms and prepare them to be mass uploaded into Workday, renaming and recategorizing as required.
- Reviewing and reorganizing employee documents saved in internal systems into correct folders
- Reviewing employee documents currently housed in other portals and transferring key documents from the employee personnel files into Workday for both active and inactive employees.
- Reviewing and cleaning up the existing Workday document categories to ensure the correct documents are stored within the relevant categories.
- Reviewing and managing the new 'Other Documents' category post launching the Kainos EDM - manually recategorizing documents and identifying patterns in keywords to be used to update the migration mappings criteria.
- Degree or equivalent and / or advanced qualification
