Are you a passionate and highly skilled Licensed Massage Therapist who values whole-body wellness and compassionate care? The Beauty Lab, Merrick’s newest luxury med spa, is now open and we’re seeking an Advanced Licensed Massage Therapist with expertise in Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) and Facial Sculpting Massage to join our growing team. Buccal Massage experience is a plus. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic wellness and aesthetics destination from the very beginning.

What We're Looking For

We’re seeking a therapist who combines advanced clinical knowledge with a nurturing touch—someone who understands the powerful connection between physical healing and emotional well-being. The ideal candidate has:

A strong background in various therapeutic modalities, particularly Lymphatic Drainage.
Expertise in Facial Sculpting and lymphatic techniques to support post-procedure recovery and enhance facial contour.
Experience with Buccal Massage is a strong plus.
A deep commitment to holistic health, integrative therapies, and client-centered care.

Responsibilities

Deliver customized therapeutic massages including deep tissue, myofascial release, craniosacral therapy, and lymphatic drainage.
Conduct in-depth assessments to create thoughtful and effective treatment plans tailored to client goals.
Maintain detailed documentation of sessions, client progress, and care coordination with our clinical team.
Collaborate in a supportive, spa-medical hybrid environment focused on delivering exceptional outcomes and experiences.
Create a calming, welcoming space where every client feels cared for and empowered.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Current NYS Massage Therapy License in good standing.
• Demonstrated experience with Lymphatic Drainage and Facial Sculpting Massage.
• Buccal Massage training or interest in learning is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for continued learning in integrative health and aesthetic therapies.
