Bullish Drive Agency is a faith-centered mental performance coaching organization dedicated to developing the mindsets of athletes and teams through biblical principles, psychology, and performance science. We help athletes at every level—from youth to professional—build discipline, integrity, confidence, and purpose both on and off the field.

Our approach integrates faith and neuroscience-backed mental performance training to prepare athletes for life beyond competition. Through workshops, one-on-one sessions, and team programs, we equip individuals to perform at their peak while strengthening their character and relationship with God.

Position Overview
We are seeking a passionate and spiritually grounded Faith-Based Mental Performance Coach to join our growing team. This contract role is ideal for someone who has experience in athletics, coaching, psychology, or ministry and desires to impact athletes through a holistic, Christ-centered approach.

You’ll deliver coaching sessions to athletes and athletic programs that blend sport psychology principles, mindset training, and faith-based teachings. This role offers the opportunity to grow into leadership or curriculum development positions as Bullish Drive continues to expand.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 and group coaching sessions with athletes and teams focused on mindset, confidence, emotional regulation, and spiritual growth
• Integrate biblical principles into performance frameworks to support athletes in aligning purpose, performance, and faith
• Collaborate with athletic directors, coaches, and parents to build cohesive support systems for athletes
• Assist in developing and delivering workshops, online modules, or conference sessions
• Document and track client progress while upholding confidentiality and professional ethics
• Represent Bullish Drive Agency’s values in all interactions—faith, excellence, and integrity

Qualifications

• Background in sport psychology, counseling, coaching, or ministry preferred
• Experience working with athletes or athletic teams at youth, collegiate, or professional levels
• Strong foundation in Christian faith and ability to weave biblical principles into mental training
• Excellent communication, empathy, and motivational skills
• Ability to work independently as a contractor with flexibility for evenings or weekends as needed

Contract Details

• Part-time contract position (hours vary based on client load)
• Compensation: per-session or per-program rate
• Remote and/or in-person opportunities depending on location
• Growth potential into regional or program leadership roles
