Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all aspects of US Army Infantry and Reconnaissance doctrine, training, and operations.
• Design and deliver advanced instruction on American Rheinmetall vehicles, weapon systems, fire control systems, and tactical employment as well as assist in technical manual writing and validation.
• Develop, write, and maintain comprehensive curriculum packages including lesson plans, Programs of Instruction (POIs), training support packages (TSPs), and assessments.
• Ensure training content aligns with U.S. Army standards, TRADOC guidance, and the evolving needs of American Rheinmetall's platforms and customers.
• Train Soldiers and instructors in classroom, field, and virtual environments with an emphasis on technical accuracy and student engagement.
• Collaborate with engineers, product developers, and program managers to translate technical data and system capabilities into user-focused training materials.
• Provide feedback to platform developers and the training team on user experiences, training effectiveness, and curriculum gaps.
• Support operational demonstrations, testing, and evaluation of Bradley system upgrades or Rheinmetall-developed capabilities.
• Maintain current knowledge of doctrinal updates, tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs), and integrate them into training content.
• Mentor junior instructors and assist in developing internal training capabilities within American Rheinmetall's training team.
Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of operational experience as a Master Gunner, including unit-level training planning and execution.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and instructional software (e.g., Blackboard, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience in classroom instruction, practical exercises, and simulation-based training.
• Ability to translate complex technical content into accessible, outcomes-based instructional materials.

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Military Science, or related field or TRADOC certified and trained Instructor with a minimum of 3 years experience.

• Knowledge of Rheinmetall systems or modernization programs related to the Bradley platform.
• Experience integrating digital training tools such as VR/AR simulations or digital gunnery trainers.
