The Role
Join our team and play a vital role in our continuous success as we embark on an exciting phase of further expansion. Building on remarkable growth in the past years, we are committed to sustaining this momentum for the long-term.
As Product Manager, the purpose of your role is to maintain the current product portfolio and supporting the global implementation of our strategic goals. You will be one of the key ingredients to enable medium and long-term growth in our baking enzymes segment with the responsibility of delivering exciting enzyme solutions to our customers. Furthermore, you will be ensuring to take new products and ideas to launch by close collaboration with our commercial teams to secure the success of new launches.
Your Responsibilities:
- Develop and deploy product plans, which support our growth targets and maintain business through successful implementation of those product plans in the market.
- Manage the product portfolio thorough their lifecycle according to market needs and optimize profitability. This will include the relevant product pricing and positioning strategy.
- Providing a strong contribution to the product management team in strategy creation and implementation on the basis of continuously maintained and developed market knowledge.
- Support business case creation by translating technical features into customer benefits and evaluating new business opportunities in the baking enzymes sector.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary launch teams, including post-launch reviews.
About You
- You have a degree in Food Technology, Business or Marketing with at least 3-5 years of relevant work experience in B2B product management for the baking-ingredients or other specialty food ingredients industry.
- You have an analytical mindset and conceptual thinking ability, plus a high level of creativity and curiosity, with proven abilities of developing innovative solutions and turning complex environments into commercial concepts with compelling value propositions
- You have the ability to present in a highly effective and professional manner
- You show a high level of interpersonal and collaboration skills, able to engage and collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders in a matrix organisation.
- Planning and organisational skills, able to manage multiple projects/priorities simultaneously.
- A proactive team player who is self-driven and thrives working independently, structured and result oriented in new areas, driving projects to completion.
- Fluency in both written and verbal English language.
- Some travel will be required within the role, but may differ based upon requirements.
