About The RoleWe are in search of an accomplished Product Manager with a fervor for crafting customer-centric products. Join our dynamic and fast-paced environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to conceive, create and launch products that align with the company's vision and strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cultivate a profound understanding of the customer experience, identifying product gaps and devising innovative solutions to bolster market share, enhance customer journey and fuel growth.
• Garner support for the product vision internally and externally, cultivating strong relationships with key partners.
• Formulate pricing and positioning strategies for products.
• Translate the product strategy into meticulous requirements and prototypes.
• Prioritize and define product activities, considering their impact on the business and customers.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure swift time-to-market and resource optimization.
• Spearhead product launches, coordinating efforts with the public relations team, executives, fellow product management colleagues.
• Assess promotional plans to ensure alignment with the product line strategy and effective message conveyance.
• Champion the product, serving as its evangelist to heighten awareness and comprehension.
• Represent the company by engaging with customers, seeking feedback on company products and services.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in product management or as an associate product manager.
• A proven track record of successfully managing all facets of a product's lifecycle.
• Proficiency in devising product and marketing strategies, with an adeptness in articulating recommendations to executive leadership.
• A solid technical background with hands-on experience or comprehension of software development and web technologies.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities, coupled with a willingness to dive into tasks.
• Proficiency in collaborating with cross-functional teams within a matrix organizational structure.
• Superb written and verbal communication skills.
• Preferably, an MS/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
