Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Test Consultant with 9 to 12 years of experience in Temenos T24 and Core Banking. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Cards & Payments domain. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can ensure the quality and reliability of our banking products contributing to the companys success and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive testing of banking products using Temenos T24 to ensure functionality and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues in Core Banking systems.
• Develop and execute test plans and test cases for Cards & Payments solutions.
• Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders for informed decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all testing activities.
• Participate in requirement analysis to understand the scope and objectives of testing projects.
• Implement best practices in test automation to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Monitor and track defects ensuring timely resolution and retesting.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members in testing methodologies.
• Coordinate with developers and business analysts to ensure seamless integration of new features.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging trends and technologies in banking and payments.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to optimize testing processes.
• Ensure that all testing activities align with the companys strategic goals and customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Possess extensive experience in Temenos T24 and Core Banking systems.
• Demonstrate strong expertise in the Cards & Payments domain.
• Exhibit proficiency in test automation tools and techniques.
• Show excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Have a solid understanding of software development life cycle and testing methodologies.
• Display effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Hold a bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
