What You'll Do
• Operate, monitor, and maintain robotic welding cells
• Potentially set up welding programs, adjust parameters, and perform basic troubleshooting
• Inspect weld quality and ensure parts meet specifications
• Perform routine maintenance and keep equipment in safe working condition
• Work closely with production and engineering teams to improve processes

What We're Looking For:
• Experience with robotic welding systems
• Strong understanding of welding principles
• Ability to read engineer prints and follow technical instructions
• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Willingness to work in a fastpaced manufacturing environment
