SAP ERP Intern
PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE ROLE: : To perform in a support role as defined by the sponsoring department management; to complete non-complex projects as assigned; and to report project results to the Operating Committee at the end of the internship which normally is a 10-12 week period.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBLITIES MAY INCLUDE
We are seeking a motivated SAP ERP Intern to join our team.
The intern will assist in various aspects of SAP ERP implementation and support, gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic environment.
- Assist in the configuration and customization of SAP ERP modules.
- Support other system development activities.
- Participate in testing activities, including functional unit testing, system integration testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and document business processes.
- Help troubleshoot and resolve SAP-related issues.
- Identify process related improvement opportunities and propose / recommend solution approaches
- Contribute to the development of training materials and user documentation.
- Attend team meetings and provide updates on assigned tasks.
ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Supports the organization's quality program(s).
QUALIFICATIONS
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of ERP systems, preferably SAP.
- Familiarity with business processes and project management methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Basic knowledge of SAP ERP and/or database management is a plus.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
Education & Licensing
Current enrollment as a Junior or Senior in a degree program and in good standing at an accredited college or university is required. Grade Point Average of at least 2.5 or equivalent is required.
Work environment requirements for entry-level opportunities include -

Mental: Clear and conceptual thinking ability; excellent judgement and discretion; ability to meet deadlines
