As a (Senior) Manager - Product Services & Client Software Delivery, you will play a key role in delivering tailored software solutions to clients, ensuring seamless integration, and driving long-term value.
Your responsibilities include:
- Supporting sales teams with client discovery meetings and product demonstrations.
- Creating technical solution presentations and customised proposals.
- Translating business and technical needs into user stories and solution scopes.
- Conducting requirements engineering with business and IT stakeholders.
- Advising clients on software implementation and integration strategies.
- Leading proof-of-value projects to showcase solution effectiveness.
- Managing client-specific delivery and customisation projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget adherence.
- Providing product training and ongoing client support during the hyper-care phase.
- Acting as a key feedback provider to product management, influencing roadmap and strategy.
- Maintaining strong client relationships post-implementation as a trusted advisor.
What You Bring:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in IT consulting, software delivery, or product services.
- Strong technical expertise in data, interfaces, ERP & CRM systems, and software integration.
- Solid experience with IT project management and agile methodologies.
- Passion for emerging technology trends, including cloud computing, app development, and AI.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, translating business needs into digital solutions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, working effectively with clients, consultants, and developers.
- Industry experience in Consumer Goods, Retail, Wholesale, Industrials, or B2B markets is a plus.
- Fluent in English and German.
