What You Will Be Doing
Shape the future of golf technology by leading the design and development of innovative, high-performance golf clubs. In this role, you'll manage complex product development projects from concept through production, integrating advanced engineering with industrial and graphic design to deliver exceptional results. You'll create CAD models, oversee testing and validation, and collaborate with R&D teams, suppliers, and cross-functional partners to ensure seamless execution and on-time launches. In this role you will travel to San Diego-based suppliers to facilitate the design and development of new products, as well as provide face-to-face communication of projects.
Key responsibilities include driving new product design initiatives, refining processes for efficiency, and ensuring quality standards throughout development. You'll actively support intellectual property efforts, stay ahead of industry trends, and apply cutting-edge materials and manufacturing methods to elevate product performance. This position offers autonomy, creativity, and the opportunity to make a lasting impact on the game by delivering breakthrough designs that inspire golfers worldwide.
What You Bring
- B.S. in Industrial, Mechanical, or related Engineering discipline (advanced degree preferred)
- Minimum 5 years in consumer goods product design, engineering, and development
- 2+ years preferred in golf club product design
- Strong knowledge of SolidWorks or NX CAD
- Expertise in CNC machining and processes
- Proficient in project management, technical drawing, and technical writing

Pay Range: $107,896.00-$134,765.00
