About the Role:As a Senior Product Manager you will coordinate with engineering, marketing, community sales, and other teams to develop and execute product requirements and roadmaps, as well as incorporate feedback from customers into the product strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define product requirements and create detailed product specifications.
• Prioritize features and enhancements based on business value, technical feasibility, and customer impact.
• Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of product initiatives.
• Embrace agile methodologies and lead cross-functional teams in iterative product development cycles.
• Drive efficient and timely delivery of high-quality products, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer expectations.
• Monitor key product metrics, user feedback, and market trends to evaluate the success of product initiatives.
• Continuously measure and optimize product performance, leveraging data-driven insights and customer feedback

Key Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, or a related field7+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on fintech products is preferred.
• Proven track record of defining and executing successful product strategies and roadmaps.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and human-centered design frameworks
• Strong technical and business acumen, with a demonstrated ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
• Strong written, presentation, and communication skills with the ability to influence and lead without direct authority.
• Experience with agile product development methodologies
• Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive product decisions.
