What You Will Be Doing

As a Clubs R&D Intern, you will play an active role in advancing golf club innovation by applying core engineering principles, scientific methods, and computational analysis techniques to real‑world research challenges. Under the guidance of R&D engineers across the Research, Development, and Testing teams, you'll contribute to experimental studies, assist in developing new measurement and analytical capabilities, and generate high‑quality data that supports performance insights. You'll collaborate on project‑based work, bring a fresh engineering perspective to ongoing efforts, and share your findings through clear reporting and presentations. Throughout the internship, you'll gain exposure to cross‑functional teamwork, participate in lab and field testing, including efforts at the Titleist Performance Institute, and build hands‑on experience that strengthens your technical and professional growth.

What You Will Bring

• Must be enrolled in a full‑time engineering degree program, pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Strong preference for candidates with interest in and exposure to the golf industry
• Preference for experience in numerical analysis using MATLAB, Python, and Excel
• Experience with CAD (SolidWorks) and 3D motion capture is strongly preferred

Location and Duration:

• Onsite in Carlsbad, CA, 5 days
• June- August 2026

Compensation: $22-$26/hr
