Job Summary:
Leidos is seeking a Systems Engineer with expertise in Linux/Windows environments, FORNSAT systems, and system requirements development. Supports design, integration, documentation, and stakeholder coordination to deliver technically sound, mission-aligned solutions.
Responsibilities
- Administer and troubleshoot Linux and Windows systems, including software installation and FORNSAT system network/software configuration.
- Support, maintain, and monitor FORNSAT and collection systems to ensure reliable and accurate data flow.
- Evaluate user needs and system architectures to define, develop, and manage system requirements.
- Lead system design, development, integration, and implementation efforts; advise users on requirements and potential solution paths.
- Produce technical documentation, engineering plans, and related system artifacts.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve cross-discipline issues and maintain the technical integrity of all deliverables.
- Participate in design reviews, program reviews, and integrated product team activities.
- Develop, refine, and allocate system requirements, including those related to information assurance and security.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of Systems Engineering experience in comparable roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in systems engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or a related discipline.
- Alternatively: 5 additional years of Systems Engineering experience may be substituted for the degree
- Security Clearance Requirement - Active TS/SCI with polygraph

Pay Range:
Pay Range $87,100.00 - $157,450.00
