We are seeking a proactive and analytical individual to join our Trading Department. The position offers an excellent opportunity to gain comprehensive exposure to global markets and trading operations. The successful candidate will be enrolled in our trader training program, with the objective of developing into a qualified trader within the organization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or Mathematics.
• CFA Level I or above preferred.
• 1~3 years of experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and research skills.
• Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of Bloomberg or programming (Python) is a plus.
• Good communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
• Requirement to work night shifts and public holidays in accordance with global trading hours
• Adherence to industry compliance and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:

• Support daily trading activities and trade execution.
• Assist in trade reconciliation, data analysis, and market research.
• Monitor market trends and trading performance.
• Prepare trade-related reports and support trading system operations.
• Participate in departmental projects and process improvements.
