- Strong technical foundation in Computer Science, Maths, or Physics; AI/ML Master's desirable.
- Hands-on experience delivering NLP/LLM projects.
- Prior AI/ML/DS engineer roles with real project delivery.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Industry background open; big tech or consulting experience preferred.
- Finance + AI experience = highly desirable (unicorn candidate").
