Mariposa County is looking for a County Librarian. This position serves at the pleasure of the Board of Supervisors.

Requirements
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Experience:
Three years of increasingly responsible library experience, including budget preparation and supervision in either the public or private sector.
Education:
High school or GED equivalency is required. Bachelor’s degree in Library Science and Information Studies, Public Administration, Public Policy or a related field. A copy of your degree or transcripts must be attached with your application to qualify.
Master’s Degree in Library Science and Information Studies or completion of a Master’s Degree in Library Science and Information Studies within three (3) years of the start of employment. Please attach a copy of your Master's Degree in Library and Informational Studies if you have one. Please attach proof of enrollment in a Master's Degree program in Library and Informational Studies if you are currently enrolled.
