PMA is seeking a creative, agile, authentic, and collaborative individual to join our team as a Architectural Staff/Architect Level I. We are a firm of passionate, inquisitive, self-learners and highly motivated professionals. We are looking for a candidate who can work in that environment and shares our values
Responsibilities:
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with project leaders to meet project deadlines.
Generate drawings, diagrams, sketches, and other graphic material during all project phases.
Participation in preparation of comprehensive drawing sets from concept design through construction documents.
Requirements
Professional degree in Architecture (undergraduate or graduate), plus three to five years of post-graduate working experience. Competent to independently perform a variety of assignments requiring skills in all conventional aspects of architectural processes for projects of moderate size and complexity. Demonstrable familiarity with Construction Document process, CA processes, and other skills based on working experience. As an Architectural Staff, you must have skills to write Assessment reports, write Field Reports, Meeting Minutes, and other architectural deliverables. Review completed reports, plans, estimates, and calculations.
Proficiency In: Revit, and ability to create detailed drawing sets. Adobe Suite products including: InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop MS Office Bluebeam Revu Strong organizational skills. Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting project deadlines. Experience in building science, historic materials, and interior design is a plus. Be adept at developing technical solutions
