Description
Our client is a global real estate platform seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Analyst with 1-3 years of experience in investment banking, preferably with exposure to real estate transactions. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on value-add and opportunistic corporate-level and direct real estate acquisitions in APAC.
Responsibilities:
Perform complex financial analysis and valuations
Conduct public and private market research
Assist with due diligence and write investment committee memoranda
Present investment recommendations and monitor portfolio investments
Collaborate with senior management, affiliates, and external business partners
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in investment banking, with exposure to real estate transactions. Must be able to build financial models on Real Estate investments.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and intellectual curiosity
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a team-oriented approach
Ability to work independently and proactively with moderate guidance
Bachelor's degree or above in finance, business, science, real estate, or other related subjects
