Description

Our client is a global real estate platform seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Analyst with 1-3 years of experience in investment banking, preferably with exposure to real estate transactions. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on value-add and opportunistic corporate-level and direct real estate acquisitions in APAC.

Responsibilities:

• Perform complex financial analysis and valuations
• Conduct public and private market research
• Assist with due diligence and write investment committee memoranda
• Present investment recommendations and monitor portfolio investments
• Collaborate with senior management, affiliates, and external business partners

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in investment banking, with exposure to real estate transactions. Must be able to build financial models on Real Estate investments.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and intellectual curiosity
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a team-oriented approach
• Ability to work independently and proactively with moderate guidance
• Bachelor's degree or above in finance, business, science, real estate, or other related subjects
