The School District of Milton is seeking an Middle School (7-8 Grades) Associate Principal for Milton Middle School. Milton Middle School has 525 7th and 8th grade students and 74 employees.This position will begin August 4, 2026 and will consist of a 220-day administrator contract. The salary range for this position is $98,000 to $101,000 for the 2026-27 contract year. A highly competitive benefits package is also included with this position.which is based upon administrative experience. Qualifications:
The School District of Milton is seeking an individual who will engage staff and students in the learning process. The ideal candidate will be a well-organized communicator and must be able to provide strong instructional leadership to a dynamic team of dedicated and experienced teachers and support staff. The candidate should possess the ability to foster a professional learning community and engage staff in creating a positive and dynamic learning environment that is focused on student achievement in a positive, caring, and safe environment. The new leader will have the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with students, staff, parents and the community. Leadership experiences should include measurable growth in student achievement, school climate, MLSS, effective staff supervision/evaluation practices, and leading professional development. A Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Education and a Master of Science (MS) in Educational Administration or Leadership is required. Prior experience as a classroom teacher is also required. Prior experience with AVID preferred.
