We know as a BCBA you have a variety of employment opportunities, but there are many reasons to choose BSTN. Founded in 2001, BSTN is BCBA owned and operated. We provide community-based services to adolescents and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, including some of the most challenging cases in the state. All of our current BCBAs have each worked for BSTN for several years, so any new BCBAs will not only obtain invaluable professional experience, but extensive support and collaboration from experienced colleagues and mentors. BSTN utilizes technology to supplement the services we provide, along with making our team communication more efficient. Our goal is to improve the quality of life of the supported persons we serve through compassionate care, specific protection plans, and the science of ABA.
We are an equal opportunity employer. All applicants will be considered for employment regardless of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, veteran, or disability status.
