We are an early-stage diagnostics company developing high-throughput MALDI-MS–based clinical assays that leverage the rich biological information encoded in glycobiology and glyco-chemistry–derived biomarkers.
Our mission is to translate advanced analytical science into clinically meaningful, scalable diagnostic tests with real impact on patient care.
This role offers meaningful autonomy, scientific ownership, and leadership responsibility for the laboratory while remaining closely supported by company leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and optimize high-throughput MALDI-MS diagnostic workflows
Lead glycan and glycoprotein sample preparation and assay optimization
Implement and oversee laboratory automation and liquid-handling workflows
Perform downstream MS data processing and analysis (QC, feature extraction, normalization)
Establish SOPs and diagnostics-grade documentation standards
Support early translational and validation activities for clinical assay development
Oversee day-to-day laboratory operations typical of an early-stage environment
