Roeslein was founded over 25 years ago and takes great pride in anticipating customer needs and providing solutions to improve their plant processes. Whether that solution involves the design, fabrication, and installation of a greenfield canmaking, oil & gas, chemical, and power facilities or leading with 3D scanning technology for plant mapping, the team at Roeslein strives to continuously improve the entire plant experience.

In 2016 and 2018, Roeslein was named one of the top employers to work for by the St. Louis Business Journal. The results were primarily based from an anonymous survey of our employees by a third party. Sarah Davidson, Human Resources Director said, “This is a great honor. We’ve worked very hard to ensure we offer our employees a competitive benefits and compensation package, along with a quality work-life balance, good communication, and a solid management structure.”
On January 1, 2014, Roeslein became an employee-owned company. An Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) has been established and is an employee retirement benefit plan that provides our employees with a beneficial interest in the company. Rudi Roeslein, CEO, set this up to empower our employees and said “This is my legacy to all of you and I hope that you’ll embrace that legacy.”
In 2012, Roeslein received the Greater St. Louis Top 50 Award presented by the St. Louis RCGA in conjunction with RubinBrown. This distinction recognized our significant economic impact for facilities expansion, employee growth, and revenue increases.
We currently have career opportunities in our St. Louis, Denver, and UK support centers. Positions are also available in our manufacturing facilities in Red Bud and China.
