You will turn complex workforce signals into clear recommendations and scalable solutions, partnering across product, engineering, HR, and branch leadership. As an Analytics Solutions Senior Associate on the Branch Channel Analytics team, you will help design, deliver, and scale staffing and headcount optimization strategies that improve customer experience and sales effectiveness across the branch network.
You will translate ambiguous workforce planning questions into structured analyses, decision-ready insights, and practical actions that leaders can implement.
You will partner with data science, product, engineering, HR, and branch stakeholders to ensure staffing decisions are grounded in data quality, testing, and ongoing measurement.
You will support end-to-end workforce capacity strategies, including demand forecasting, headcount planning, and performance monitoring across markets and segments.
You will be successful if you bring strong analytical judgment, crisp communication, and the ability to drive alignment across groups with different priorities.
Job responsibilities
- Partner across product, business, HR, and data science to translate ambiguous workforce planning problems into actionable insights and decisions.
- Develop and refine headcount planning approaches that align staffing levels with customer demand, sales opportunity, and market dynamics.
- Identify staffing opportunities, define hypotheses, and execute analyses with data science partners to deliver workforce optimization recommendations.
- Lead cross-functional staffing optimization initiatives from development through implementation, including statistical testing and impact monitoring.
- Influence senior stakeholders with clear recommendations, effective visualizations, and tailored narratives that enable staffing transformation.
- Design end-to-end staffing strategies that align workforce capacity with traffic patterns, opportunity pipelines, and seasonal demand shifts.
- Align interdependent priorities across stakeholder groups to deliver integrated solutions tied to customer and business outcomes.
- Champion data quality, documentation, and analytical rigor across deliverables and decision processes.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Hold a bachelor's degree in business, data and analytics, technology, or a related field.
- Bring 4+ years of experience in analytics, workforce planning, business strategy, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrate strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Collaborate effectively across functions and succeed in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment.
- Apply structured problem-solving and strategic thinking to deliver practical solutions to business problems.
- Communicate complex concepts clearly in both written and verbal formats for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Design and implement analytics and AI-enabled solutions that integrate well with human decision-making and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Manage multiple concurrent initiatives, prioritize effectively, and adapt to changing needs.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bring experience in workforce planning, capacity modeling, or headcount optimization (preferably in retail banking or a similar environment).
- Demonstrate experience partnering with product and sales organizations to deliver analytics-driven change.
- Apply experimentation methods, success metric design, and go-to-market execution to drive measurable impact.
- Leverage strategy consulting experience, especially in analytics- or data-driven contexts.
- Use machine learning and AI techniques to enhance forecasting, optimization, or decisioning workflows.
- Work with Python, R, SQL, and modern data architecture concepts to support scalable analytics.
- Understand demand forecasting methodologies and labor analytics.
