Job Summary:
The Application Developer I is responsible for the design, development, testing, and support of applications. This role collaborates with delivery leads, developers, and business stakeholders to support the full Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) of multiple applications. This position participates in Agile development processes and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives.
Primary Functions and/or Responsibilities:
Participates in Agile activities, such as daily standup, backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospective, etc.Adheres to project plans and deadlines, and works with the team to identify and address any problem areas that ariseCollaborates with others on the definition, design and documentation of business requirements, objectives, deliverables and specificationsWorks on multiple projects simultaneously and has the ability to multi-task and control project deliverables and expectationsWorks within a team on the Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) of multiple applicationsRecommends and performs application improvements and upgradesAssists in the development and maintenance of user manuals and guidelinesFollows and helps establish policies, procedures and standards in ALMConducts research on emerging application development products, languages and standardsProvides on-call coveragePerforms other duties as requiredProvides technical guidance and mentorship to team members throughout project implementation to ensure accurate deliveryDevelops and implements application interfaces, APIs, and data integration layers to support interoperability across enterprise systemsTakes ownership of reported issues, researches root causes, determines solutions, and drives problems through to resolutionProvides on-call coveragePerforms other duties as assignedEducation and/or Experience:
Two-year degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or MIS, or equivalent education and experience requiredAt least 24 years of relevant experience in application development requiredAt least two years of experience in Microsoft Power Platform, SQL Server and C# requiredExperience with PowerAutomate, PowerApps, Dynamics CRM/365, Power BI, Microsoft SQL Server, Visual Studio, C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, JavaScript, T SQL, and SSISExperience working on projects following the Agile project methodologySpecific Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:
Familiarity with Azure DevOps including Git, and CI/CD pipelinesFamiliarity with RPA tools such as Automation Anywhere, UIPath preferredFamiliarity with job scheduling software such as VisualCronKnowledge of Banking/Financial Institution regulatory requirements desiredAbility to design, configure, and deploy CRM solutions, including workflows, custom actions, business process flows, and complex fieldsTyping speed of 30+ WPMHiring Salary Range
The hiring range below reflects targeted base salary. Actual compensation will be determined based on the candidate's prior related experience & education and will be finalized at the time of offer. In addition to base salary, most positions are also eligible to participate in our annual bonus program. Select positions may also be eligible to earn incentives and/or commissions. Hiring Base Salary Range: $76,000 - $91,000
