Description

• Establish and manage the Project Management Office (PMO) framework, policies, and standards.
• Lead projects execution to ensure alignment with approved scope, timelines, budget, and objectives.
• Enforce consistent project management methodologies across all initiatives.
• Continuously engage internal and external stakeholders to align priorities and drive delivery success.
• Implement effective communication and reporting mechanisms across the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project performance, risks, and outcomes to ensure value realization.

• Serve as the primary interface with project sponsors and senior stakeholders, enabling informed decision-making through clear reporting and project insights related to progress, issues and risks.
• Build and develop PMO capabilities, including tools, templates, competencies, and continuous improvement practices.
• Ensure cross-functional collaboration between business units, IT, vendors, and external partners.
• Identify and address project risks and dependencies ensuring timely resolution.
• Provide portfolio-level oversight on scope, schedule, cost & risks.

• Education
  • Bachelor / Masters degree in Computer Science / Engineering / Information Systems.
  • Certification: Project Management Professional (PMP) is preferred.
  • Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle and ERP applications is desirable.
• Experience
  • 10 plus years of professional related experience with at least 5 years in project management.
