Our client is a leading international general contractor with a strong presence in the GCC, delivering large-scale infrastructure and marine projects in complex and demanding environments. Known for combining technical expertise with strong execution capabilities, the organization plays a key role in shaping high-value developments across the region.

Based in Dubai, this opportunity is ideal for a bid professional who brings both technical understanding and commercial judgment, and who is motivated by the challenge of securing strategic projects in competitive markets. The position is offered under a local UAE contract.

Your Contribution

• Leading end-to-end bid management for infrastructure and marine projects, including coastal works, quay walls, and marine civil scope.
• Coordinating multidisciplinary teams across engineering, commercial, and operations functions under demanding tender timelines.
• Defining the overall bid strategy, including project positioning, methodology, and delivery approach.
• Analyzing client requirements, tender documentation, and technical specifications.
• Aligning design, costing, and execution planning into a coherent and competitive proposal.
• Identifying and managing technical, commercial, and contractual risks throughout the tender process.
• Contributing to pricing strategy, risk allocation, and overall bid competitiveness.
• Interfacing with clients, consultants, and joint venture partners during the different tender stages.
• Ensuring consistency between the proposed solution and the organization's actual execution capability.

Your Profile

• Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in bid management within infrastructure and/or marine projects.
• Background in a general contractor environment.
• Strong understanding of FIDIC contracts, Design & Build, and/or EPC frameworks.
• Experience working in joint ventures or with international project partners.
• Ability to manage complex tenders under time pressure while maintaining quality and strategic focus.
• Strong technical insight and commercial judgment.
• Experience engaging directly with clients during tender phases.
• Proven track record in the Middle East / GCC.
• Fluency in French is essential, with a strong command of English.
