Role Overview

We are not hiring a traditional Business Analyst focused on reporting or documentation.

We are hiring someone who can redesign, optimize, and automate how the business operates internally.

This is a hands-on role focused on building systems, improving workflows, and eliminating manual work through automation and structured process design.
This Role is NOT for you if you are:

• Focused only on reporting or dashboards
• Not interested in automation or process improvement
• Looking for a purely analytical or theoretical role

Responsibilities

• Map and analyze end-to-end business processes
• Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and manual workflows
• Design and implement optimized workflows for scalability and efficiency
• Build automation solutions using tools like n8n, Zapier, or Make
• Integrate systems and eliminate repetitive manual tasks
• Define KPIs and build operational dashboards for performance tracking
• Translate business needs into structured workflows, process flows, and system requirements
• Work with teams to implement and continuously improve operational systems
• Document processes, workflows, and SOPs in a clear and structured way

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• 2+ years experience in Business Analysis, Operations, or Process Improvement
• Strong understanding of workflow design and process mapping
• Hands-on experience with automation tools (n8n, Zapier, Make, or similar)
• Ability to break down complex operations into structured systems
• Strong analytical and structured thinking mindset
• Excellent communication skills in English
