Talentmark are supporting

a fast-growing biotechnology company developing innovative technologies for drug discovery and preclinical research. This position offers the opportunity to combine scientific expertise with commercial business development in areas such as immuno-oncology, gene-engineered animal models, and preclinical pharmacology.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop expertise in the company's scientific platforms and commercial offerings.
• Identify and engage prospective customers within the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries.
• Build and maintain relationships with researchers and industry professionals.
• Explore new business opportunities, manage negotiations, and secure service contracts.
• Represent the company at scientific conferences, trade shows, and industry events.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to strengthen brand awareness and market presence.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in a bioscience or related life sciences discipline.
• Strong interest in both biopharmaceutical science and business development.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Enjoy networking and building relationships with scientists and industry partners.
• Previous experience in business development, sales, or revenue generation is an advantage but not required.
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings, conferences, and industry events.

This is a fully remote field position

covering Germany - Willingness to travel is essential.
