About the Role
The objective of this position is to provide effective support in delivering high-quality work outputs aligned with organisational goals. The role is responsible for contributing to team performance through accurate, timely, and well-structured task execution. To ensures that all assigned activities are completed in accordance with established standards, procedures, and service expectations.
Support the efficient operation of daily tasks by coordinating, preparing, and managing required work deliverables. Strengthen team productivity by maintaining clear communication, organising information effectively, and ensuring follow-through on commitments.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conduct internal and external communication and engagement activities for sustainability related issues in all communication channels across managed building / offices.
- Support the issue of sustainability report complying with the GRI standard, including managing data collection system, quantitative & qualitative data compilation and analysis and content development; as well as other sustainability-related disclosures.
- Support the review and analysis on the company's energy saving performance and compile award application.
- Support projects on visualizing ESG data (such as waste and recycling data) to meet designated sustainability objectives and goals.
- Assist in the formulation and implementation of company's sustainability strategies and policies as well as new sustainability initiatives.
- Conduct research on the latest global sustainability trends and projects
Ad hoc projects as assigned.
- University graduates preferably in Sustainability, Sustainable Development, Communications, Environmental Science, Environmental Management, Environmental Engineering or any qualifications demonstrating the understanding of sustainability
- Minimum 3 years relevant experiences
- Good command of English & Chinese
- Mature, well-organized, detailed-minded with a strong sense of responsibility
- Good communication, negotiation and co-ordination skills
- Knowledge in sustainability reporting, stakeholder engagement and/or sustainable procurement is an advantage.
- Able to carry out both quantitative and qualitative analysis independently
- PC skills in office operating software (i.e. MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, etc.) Excellent in Excel is most advantage.
- Good team player and able to work independently under tight deadlines.
- You are required to obtain relevant license if your job involves in regulated activities
