Job Title: Global Product Development Manager - 3CE Product Innovation team (DMI)

[JOB SUMMARY]

As a Global Product Development Manager focusing on Formula & Color, your primary mission is to define the "How" of the product. You will be responsible for bringing product concepts to life by developing industry-leading formulations, innovative textures, and the signature 3CE color story, ensuring an unparalleled sensorial experience for the consumer.

[KEY RESPONSIBILITIES]

• Formula & Texture Innovation: Partner closely with industrial partners to develop innovative textures and high-performance formulas that disrupt the category.
• Color Mastery & Curation: Curate and develop sophisticated color ranges that align with the brand's mood and aesthetic. Ensure color accuracy, stability, and visual impact across all batches.
• Project Orchestration: Orchestrate the entire product development with involved departments to ensure operational excellence and on-time delivery.
• Technical Marketing Source: Co-create technical marketing sources, including ingredient stories, efficacy data, and performance claims with industrial and R&I partners.
• Quality & Sensorial Rigor: Maintain the highest standards of product quality and sensoriality, ensuring the final product meets the high expectations of the 3CE consumer.

[PROFESSIONAL & TECHNICAL COMPETENCES]

• PRODUCT & SENSORIAL EXPERTISE: Exceptional ability to identify trending and unique formulas, complemented by a fundamental understanding of cosmetic formulations, ingredients, and the science of textures.
• COLOR SENSIBILITY: Keen eye for color trends and a technical understanding of pigment behavior.
• OPERATIONAL RIGOR: Delivers excellence with agility and attention to detail throughout the complex development cycle.
• LAB & INDUSTRY COLLABORATION: Effectively navigates technical conversations with labs and manufacturers to achieve desired product outcomes.

[QUALIFICATION & PREFERENCE]

• Experience: 2 - 6 years of relevant working experience (Preferred experience in the Beauty or Fashion industry).
• Language: Fluent in both English and Korean (Essential for global collaboration and reporting).
• Mindset:
  • Trend-sensitive with a deep interest in the latest fashion, beauty, and lifestyle movements.
  • Flexible, agile mindset with a strong ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Global perspective with an interest in trends not only in Korea but also across China, Southeast Asia, and the US.
