Growing together.Primary Responsibilities:
- Under the oversight of the Patient Service Center Manager, the Patient Service Supervisor will manage the day-to-day activities of multiple Patient Service Centers and Home Draw services to ensure services are completed accurately and on time in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations (i.e., CLIA, OSHA, AAAHC, EHS, etc....)
- The PSC Supervisor is accountable for coordinating the safe and efficient specimen collection, specimen processing, testing, and resulting of waived tests, and reference and special mail-outs

Required Qualifications:
- Associate degree in Business/Science or Additional 2 years of relevant supervisory experience may substitute for degree
- 5+ years of phlebotomy experience
- 2+ years of supervising phlebotomy operations
- 1+ years of waived testing performance
- Knowledgeable of CLIA regulations and ability to summarize inspection findings for Compliance, Waived and PPM certifications
- Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to deliver organized and concise presentations tailored to audience
- Excellent time management skills- ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to efficiently manage lab operations at multiple sites
- Ability to implement change in a positive, sensitive, and forward- thinking manner
- Ability to collaborate and promote teamwork
- Positive, can-do attitude coupled with a sense of urgency
- Ability to develop and motivate staff
- Ability to problem solve in a complex, multi-functional group
- Ability to create a trusting, positive, and supportive work environment
- Ability to function independently and deal with multiple, simultaneous projects
- Ability to operate in high-pressure situations
- Knowledge of budgeting, billing, and cost analysis
- Knowledge of quality control, quality assurance principles and proficiency testing procedures relating to waived testing
- Knowledge of AAAHC, CAP, OSHA, and CLIA regulations related to work area
- Superb attention to details
- Excellent customer service skills, business etiquette, able to adhere to professional standards
- Practical knowledge of routine laboratory equipment and procedures
Preferred Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree from an accredited institution
- Current PBT (ASCP) phlebotomy certification
- 2+ years supervising a multiple site operation
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $72,800 - $130,000 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
