Description
Mighty Movement Park Hill is growing, and we're hiring a positive, engaging Strength Training Coach to lead our weekday morning adult classes.
We've coached over 5,000 people during the past decade and are a 5-star strength training gym known for delivering an exceptional, educational, and uplifting coaching experience. If you're passionate about helping adults get stronger and want to become an outstanding coach—not just count reps or run workouts—this is a rare opportunity.
Our members are professionals who value expert coaching, personal attention, and a welcoming community. We're looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, teaching proper technique, and helping people improve week after week.
Schedule & Compensation
Monday–Friday, 5:00am–1:00pm (3–5 days/week)
20+ hours per week
$30+/hour
Opportunity for additional evening and weekend coaching hours
What We're Looking For
Background in strength coaching, personal training, exercise science, or a related field
Strong communication and group leadership skills, with a passion for working closely with professional adults
Excellent understanding of lifting technique, movement quality, and form corrections
A genuine desire to help people improve while continually developing your own coaching skills
Positive, organized, dependable, and professional
Lives within a reasonable commute of the gym

Requirements
Strength coaching: 2 years (Preferred)
Personal training: 2 years (Preferred)
License/Certification: personal training or group fitness certification (Preferred)
