 We’re seeking a Proposal Manager to join our Health/Science team—someone who thrives in a highly collaborative environment and enjoys bringing people and ideas together to tell a compelling story. In this role, you’ll partner closely with designers, technical experts, and marketing professionals to shape pursuit strategies and develop proposals that reflect both our expertise and our culture.

 What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage the full proposal lifecycle, from kickoff through final submission
• Coordinate multiple concurrent pursuits, ensuring high-quality, on-time, and compliant deliverables
• Develop compelling proposals, statements of qualifications, and other client-facing materials
• Collaborate with the Health/Science Marketing Director, Principal-in-Charge, and pursuit teams to shape messaging and win strategies
• Facilitate kickoff meetings, define pursuit strategies, and manage schedules and assignments
• Translate complex technical information into clear, persuasive content
• Conduct client and competitor research to strengthen positioning
• Maintain and update proposal content libraries, including resumes, project sheets, and boilerplate
• Partner with graphic designers to develop engaging, on-brand visual materials
• Capture and document pursuit data in Deltek Vantagepoint to support firm knowledge and future efforts
• Participate in debriefs and apply insights to continuously improve win rates

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, English, business, or a related field (preferred)
• 5+ years of proposal experience, preferably in the A/E/C industry
• Understanding of A/E/C terminology and processes
• Experience managing the full proposal lifecycle, ideally in the A/E/C industry
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with both technical and marketing teams
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
• Strategic thinker with the ability to turn complex ideas into clear, compelling narratives
• Experience using AI tools to improve efficiency, content development, and overall proposal strategy
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
• Familiarity with Deltek Vantagepoint and OpenAsset preferred
