Description
Master Works is seeking for a Hands-on Scrum Master / Agile Coach to scale agile practices within the team, ensuring adherence to Agile principles and implementing Agile frameworks. The role acts as a servant leader, coach, and facilitator to help teams deliver high-quality products efficiently while fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and team collaboration.
- Identify and remove blockers to ensure smooth workflow and sprint execution.
- Promote continuous improvement by encouraging feedback and implementing process enhancements.
- Ensure transparency by maintaining and updating Scrum artifacts such as Product Backlog, Sprint Backlog, and Burndown Charts.
- Collaborate closely with the Product Owner to support backlog refinement and prioritization.
- Monitor team progress and ensure delivery aligns with sprint goals and business objectives.
- Foster a positive and self-organized team environment that encourages accountability and collaboration.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or equivalent Agile certification is preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master or within an Agile environment.
- Strong hands-on experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps.
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks, methodologies, and principles.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to resolve conflicts, build consensus, and support cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and continuous learning mindset.
