Job Description- Usingagile methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, anddeliver solutions.
- Training,mentoring, and supporting scrum teams to follow agile values, principles,and practices.
- Determiningand managing tasks, issues, risks, and action items.
- Schedulingand facilitating scrum events, meetings, and decision-making processes.
- Monitoringprogress and performance and helping teams to make improvements.
- Planningand organizing demos and product/system testing.
- Ensuringthe proper use of collaborative processes and removing impediments for thescrum team.
- Trackingproject processes, deliverables, and financials.
- Preparingand presenting status reports to stakeholders.
- Communicating with internal and external stakeholders, and key business people.
Requirements
- Bachelor'sdegree in computer science, information technology, or a relevant fieldpreferred.
- Certifiedscrum master.
- 8+years of experience in the technical field.
- BusinessAnalysis experience is a plus.
- Previous banking experience is a major plus.
- Workingknowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks.
- Leadershipand management experience.
- Excellentpeople and project management skills.
- Strongpresentation skills.
- Stronganalytical and problem-solving skills.
- ExcellentEnglish communication skills.
- Work schedule: Sunday to Thursday
