Wir suchen eine:n erfahrene:n Solution Consultant (m/w/d) im Bereich AI & Automation, der:die strategische und technische Konzepte für unsere Integrations- und Automationslösungen entwickelt. In dieser Rolle berätst du unsere Fachbereiche, leitest Projekte und stellst den Betrieb unserer Lösungen sicher.

Tätigkeiten

- Wir entwickeln strategische und technische Konzepte für Integrations- und Automationslösungen, insbesondere im Umfeld der Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Copilot sowie Azure-AI-Services. - Wir beraten unsere Fachbereiche bei Integrations- und Automatisierungsprojekten und leiten passende technische Lösungsansätze ab. - Wir übernehmen die Leitung ausgewählter Projekte im Team Enterprise Integration & Automation. - Wir steuern externe Dienstleister und stellen Qualität und Lieferergebnisse sicher. - Wir stellen den Betrieb unserer Lösungen über den gesamten Lebenszyklus hinweg sicher, unter Berücksichtigung von Sicherheit und Zukunftsfähigkeit.

Anforderungen

- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich (Wirtschafts-) Informatik. - Mehrjährige Erfahrung in den beschriebenen Aufgabenfeldern. - Idealerweise tiefes Know-how in der Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot) und Vertrautheit mit Integrationsarchitekturen (z. B. API-Management). - Kenntnisse in Azure AI Services sind wünschenswert, Erfahrung in DPA/RPA ist ein Plus. - Erfahrung in der Betreuung von End-to-End-Projekten und ausgeprägte Beratungs- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit auf Fach-, IT- und Managementebene. - Erfahrung in der Aussteuerung von externen Dienstleistern ist ein Vorteil. - Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Freude am Einarbeiten in neue Problemstellungen. - Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
