As a global Fintech / Investment platform start-up, we are expanding our footprint to Hong Kong and the Aisa Pacific. We are building a dynamic, innovative private market exchange platform based in Hong Kong, creating the next-generation marketplace for trading private securities, alternative investments, and illiquid assets.
Our mission is to bring transparency, efficiency, and liquidity to private markets - empowering institutional investors, high-net-worth individuals, and companies in one of the world's most vibrant financial ecosystems.
In Asia, we will also operate an SFC licensed 1,4,9 and fintech platform, to ensure complete compliance with financial regulations.
We are looking for two types of interns:
- AI / Tech Developers/ Engineers
To experience and rotate around our development and engineering teams. You will get involved with ground up to top level concept to design, architecture, development and test and post launch continuous enhancements of a proprietary AI driven matching and learning platform that will match Investors to Investment assets, projects and proposals.
What You Will Gain:

- Product development & platform design
- Engineering & software development (backend, frontend, blockchain/web3 if applicable)
- Compliance, regulatory affairs & risk management
- Business development, marketing & operations
- Data analysis, quantitative research & market insights
- User experience and fintech innovation
2. Private Equity / Investment/ Portfolio Due Diligence Interns
To experience and rotate around our PE/ Investment/ Capital Raising teams working on clients' projects- both online and off-line. You will get involved with ground up to top level concept to design, of a world first, fully regulated Investment and PE investment sourcing platform- with financial regulatory licenses in al the major finance centers.
In Hong Kong alone, it will operate under the SFC regulated activities of Types 1,4, 9 and be complimented by a top AI-driven projects / investment platform.
What You Will Gain:
- Direct experience in a fast-growing fintech driven investment / PE environment
- Exposure to real projects in areas such as:
- Investment Projects Due Diligence
- Full-life cycle involvement to investor and VC funding
- Compliance, regulatory affairs & risk management
- Business development, marketing & operations
- Data analysis, quantitative research & market insights
- Origination Research, Due Diligence, Analysis and Implementation, Execution and Post Deals audits and reviews, investment appraisal.
User experience and fintech innovation:
- Mentorship from experienced professionals in finance, technology, and regulation
- Networking opportunities within Hong Kong's financial community
- Insight into building a regulated exchange platform in Asia's leading international financial centre
Who We Are Looking For:
- Current undergraduate or postgraduate students studying Finance, Economics, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Law, Data Science, or related fields
- Strong interest in fintech, private equity, venture capital, alternative investments, or blockchain
- Excellent analytical, communication, and critical thinking skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a startup-like, high-growth setting
- Fluency in English (Cantonese/Mandarin is a plus)
- Able to commit to May - August 2026 (full-time or part-time arrangements may be considered)
