ELITE Training Performance sets high standards for their coaching and development of athletes as they move from middle school through the collegiate ranks. Develop progressing programs for speed mechanics, strength training routines from basic to complex, while working with advanced fluid periodization models to provide the highest quality training. Utilizing research-based training concepts from Triphasic Training, Velocity Based Training, French Contrast, and mixed training program designs each session will present a new opportunity to grow as a professional in finding the solutions for athletes’ growth. Using the latest training concepts with data driven guidance from the latest advancements in training data from force plates, jump mats, and bar speed. Coaching in team, small group, and individual settings provides a variety of opportunities for personal and professional growth within our company. Our commitment is to build the best athletes through science, technology, and the highest level of coaching. We are a highly motivated and energetic Strength & Conditioning Coaching staff looking to add to our team building better athletes. Requirements
Design and implement individualized strength training and conditioning programs for a variety of athletes and seasons.
Coach clients on proper form and technique.
Develop, track, and analyze athletes’ growth with data
Provide positive encouragement and feedback to clients.
Collaborate with staff, clients, parents, and coaches about athlete programs.
Maintain cleanliness of the facility.
