Description
We're looking for a Technical Product Manager to lead a team working on a set of pipelines that load and process data, joining different datasets to create new data products. Each pipeline involves ingesting data from various sources and applications into a data warehouse, standardizing and validating it based on predefined schemas, and presenting it through outputs such as heat maps of potential client locations. Responsibilities Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and delivery strategy for product and GenAI-related initiatives Serve as the primary bridge between stakeholders and engineering teams to ensure clear communication and alignment Translate AI/GenAI use cases and business needs into well-defined technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria Prioritize and manage the product backlog based on business value, technical dependencies, and risks Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, QA, and design to drive productivity, accountability, and delivery alignment Facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove blockers, and ensure smooth execution across teams Balance business goals, user needs, and technical constraints when making product decisions Define KPIs, monitor product performance, and drive continuous improvement Partner closely with engineering to evaluate technical trade-offs, system architecture, and feasibility of proposed solutions Collaborate with QA to ensure high-quality delivery through rigorous validation processes Foster a transparent, collaborative, and high-performing team environment while managing scope, risks, and dependencies Requirements 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst leading cross-functional teams and supervising delivery, or equivalent experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or TPM Strong technical background with the ability to engage deeply with engineers on system design, architecture, and constraints Proven experience in roadmap planning, stakeholder management, and product strategy with a strong ownership mindset in fast-paced environments Solid knowledge of Agile/Scrum practices and delivery management Hands-on experience with GenAI-related initiatives Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex technical requirements into actionable deliverables Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end feature delivery in technically complex environments Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and product metrics for data-driven decision-making Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills Proactive, structured, and results-driven mindset with the ability to manage ambiguity and drive clarity English proficiency at B2 level or higher Nice to have Familiarity with Figma or other prototyping tools Experience working with data pipelines, data warehouses, or large-scale data processing systems
